Vehicle capacity, luggage, lead times, multi-stop itineraries and how booking private group transportation works with Royal Luxury Transportation.

How much does a private group transfer cost?
The price depends on your group size, vehicle, pickup and destination, number of stops and length of service, so we quote each trip rather than publishing one figure. Send us the passenger count, the itinerary and roughly when you are traveling and you will have a firm price back the same day, with no booking fee and no obligation.
How many passengers and bags can you carry?
A Mercedes Sprinter van seats up to 13 passengers with room for around 14 bags, which covers most private groups in one vehicle. A party bus carries up to 24. Below that, an Escalade or Navigator takes six passengers and five to six bags. If your group falls between two vehicles, tell us the luggage as well as the headcount, because luggage is usually what decides it.
Should we book a Sprinter van or a party bus?
A Sprinter van is the better choice when the point is to get there comfortably: airport runs, corporate travel, hotel transfers, anything where people want space and quiet. A party bus is the better choice when the ride is part of the occasion, with perimeter seating so the group faces each other rather than sitting in rows. Above 13 passengers the party bus is also simply the vehicle that fits.
How far in advance should I reserve group transportation?
Earlier is always safer, because there are far fewer Sprinter vans and party buses on the road than sedans, and a wedding, convention, concert or holiday weekend takes them first. Trips needing several vehicles or multiple pickup points benefit from more notice again. That said, our dispatch answers 24 hours a day, so short notice is often possible. Call rather than book online if your trip is today.
Can you provide group airport transportation?
Yes, and it is one of the strongest arguments for a Sprinter van: the whole party and all the luggage travel together instead of being split across three sedans that arrive at different times. Can our group make multiple stops?
Yes. Group trips can be arranged with multiple pickups, intermediate stops and more than one drop-off point. This is normal for wedding parties spread across hotels, conference groups arriving on different flights and event nights with a dinner stop on the way. Send the full itinerary with your quote request so the route and timing can be planned properly rather than improvised on the day.
What occasions can we book group transportation for?
Group transfers can be arranged for airport transportation, corporate meetings, conventions, weddings, concerts, sporting events, private tours, wine and brewery trips, dinners, birthdays and nights out. It works equally for a plain point to point run and for a full evening itinerary with several stops.
What if our group is too big for one vehicle?
Then the trip is planned around more than one vehicle, with the pickups and arrival times coordinated so everyone lands together rather than trickling in. Two Sprinter vans cover 26 passengers, and larger parties can be built from a mix of vans, party buses and SUVs. Give us the headcount, the addresses and the time you need to be there, and we will propose the combination.
