What to expect when you book chauffeured airport travel with Royal Luxury Transportation, from pricing and lead times to where your chauffeur will be waiting.

How much is a car service to or from LAX?

Your rate depends on the pickup city, the vehicle and the time of day, so we quote each trip rather than publishing one figure. Send us the pickup address, the drop-off and your vehicle preference and you will have a firm price back the same day, with no booking fee and no obligation.

How early should I reserve an LAX transfer?

Earlier is always safer, particularly for early morning departures, holiday weekends and anything needing a Sprinter or party bus. That said, our dispatch runs 24 hours a day, so short notice pickups are often possible. Call rather than book online if your trip is today.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Give us your flight number when you reserve and we watch the inbound. If you land late, your chauffeur is told and the pickup shifts with it. If you land early, we do the same in reverse. You are not charged waiting time for a delay that is the airline’s.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at LAX?

The standard arrangement is curbside on the arrivals level, with your chauffeur calling or texting once you are on the ground. If you would rather be met inside with a name board at baggage claim, ask for meet and greet when you book. It is worth it for first time visitors, older travellers and groups.

Do you cover airports other than LAX?

Yes. Alongside LAX we run regularly to John Wayne (SNA), Long Beach (LGB), Ontario (ONT), Hollywood Burbank (BUR) and San Diego (SAN), plus private terminals and FBOs on request.

Which cities do you pick up from?

We cover Orange County and the wider Los Angeles basin, including Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Tustin, Anaheim, Buena Park, Brea and Seal Beach. If your city is not listed, ask anyway. We travel well beyond the county line.

What vehicles can I choose from?

Executive sedans and luxury sedans for one to three passengers, SUVs for up to six, Sprinter vans for larger parties with luggage, and stretch limousines or a party bus for groups and celebrations. Every vehicle is licensed, insured and inspected.
